  1. Just wanted to say, every time I read your thread, I learn something new. Thanks for constantly sharing your knowledge!
  2. If I had to do it again, would have done sliding. Casement hinges can be hard to open, plus you need to stretch outwards to open fully. Also has tracks to clean. Handles tend to loosen over time, need to constantly tighten.
  3. How much was the additional 4 yrs warranty extension for the 2 Starmex fancoils?
  4. DIMENSIONS - L: 21.5cm W: 11cm Brand new in box. Am selling for $100 (purchased from Robinsons at $129, but they're no longer carrying this last checked)
  5. Clip Tree Duo (Walnut/Mirror/White) + Booster Pack 2 White (gives you more accessory clips to configure to your needs) More info here: http://www.shopmccar...e-duo-w-m-white Everything BRAND NEW in box - only 1 set. Am selling at just S$250 (retails at USD230 w/shipping) Can also use in toilets as components are waterproof. A fellow forumer also has it installed in his shower room. You can reference it here (though his comes with the orange coloured accessories, mine's white): http://www.renotalk.com/forum/topic/52409-3-roomer-in-potong-pasir/page-8#entry781283
  6. That's what I thought too. Even so, then it's not really separating wet/dry areas effectively either, so I'm puzzled
  7. Shower area inside the door looks super tiny, can you even stand comfortably inside?
  8. It is good to hear some designers still taking pride in their work and services rendered. Thumbs up for Johnny!
  9. Strongly suggest to stick to lock-able sliding alum or wrought iron grilles (or even fixed iron grilles) for the corridor windows.
  10. Nice thing you're doing for the neighbours! (but they likely still complain one )
  11. Yep, all items listed still avail. Items sold will be removed from the thread to avoid confusion
  12. Seen a similar make of that sofa at Lush Furniture. Like the clean lines, but sadly, a lot of these sofas which looks good, aren't all that comfy. Really should try it out first before deciding to settle on the look.
  13. That section of wall (725) between kitchen and main entrance, can hack away?
  14. My gate similar, can only latch top, only 'cos didn't want to drill hole into floor (thru laminate). But it is flush, not protruding out.
  15. There are a few shops doing the same thing, just walk around to see which can do as per your intended design/material. Prices are comparable.
