Yes to more shopping! Ok today we are good; we didn't buy anything. Yesterday other than Ikea, we bought the drying racks and from JB, we bought this: Dip dishes by Makanology, on Flickr Oh dear, looks like we are (or me) going to inject some country style into our house!

Hopefully cos now we know the 'ba wu' of Mr Seller so have to keep a tight rein on this. On a fun note, yesterday @ Ikea Alexandra, we saw the meatballs queue and it was horrendous. We didn't get to talk about this cos the seller subsequently changed his story and said that he has a terminal illness (!) and an hour later, changed the story again (!). Think he watches too much of those HK family saga dramas, can come out with different stories that quickly!

But not spicy enough. Definitely better than its yellow counterpart - Fishball noodles... Still those staying in Jurong, the 24hrs food court next to Pioneer MRT station has nice options

At 815pm, Mr Seller called his agent to say "proceed". In other words, proceed with the sale. WTH, as if he can suka suka back out anytime he likes! From the first time we heard that they want to cancel the sale till today, we have heard all sorts of excuses why they change their mind. When we say all sorts, it is really ALL sorts of excuses - very drama! Excuses with COV, with health, with Mrs Seller, with 'being forced by agent to sell' etc, it gets more & more ridiculous. We are glad that we held on till now and didn't believe the lies. But still do not feel assured cos Mr Seller looks like the sort who will conveniently forget what he promises and starts to drama again. So we are going to consult our lawyer & perhaps draft an agreement or some sort to really bind the sellers down. If they breach this again, we will proceed to sue them. Now will this work? Guess it will cost us some money but we want peace of mind...

@PinkTissue wow your family & you are such nice folks! Guess you will be treasuring this house a lot now! We will definitely be treasuring our place cos of all the ups and downs we are going through. But then again with such COVs and COEs now, we are now all slaves to our houses and cars!

The locker cabinet is so old school even though in red... Envy!

This is the one console that I am trying to convince Mr E to get too BUT he refused. So we have compromised on Besta series with high gloss red, well at least for now!

How big is yours again? Ours is more or less going to be 6ft for 2 persons and somemore we are not skinny folks!

Wah it is a LOT of carpentry. Looking forward to the bag display cabinet, trying to see if possible to dedicate a small area in our "big" wardrobe (6ft) unlike your "small" L-shape wardrobe (18ft right?)
