Normally what Watt do u use for living, kitchen, bedroom lights ? I saw ceiling light - round tube come with 32W (medium), 40W (large), so, living & kitchen use 40W, bedroom use 32W ? or Xtra bright ? For the glass light locker, got 2 type; 1 is old type, i.e. 1 round screw in the center, the other is 3 fashion (dophine, sea shell etc) locker to hold the light glass, which one safer n reliable ? Glass lighting is better (clearer) than the acrylic lighting ?

currently my flat is doing reno. according to constructor, they will plaster the wall after air-con piping done, is this true (or they wana save some material)? I am wondering, if next time we remove the pipe trunking (relocation etc), then the wall will look ugry?

Hi, recently i m doing my reno, when the contractor remove ex-owner stove, there r 4 copper-coins stick under the stove (hob), what is that mean ? i this mean "fire growth wealth?"

If me, I choose National or KDK. Last year choose Toshiba with remote, use 1 year only => spoilt. Whereas my old National fan, use 10 years, still working fine. I think those manual button (on-off, speed mode) more reliable than those using remote-control. Made sure when the fan swing left-right, no noise.

Citygas free heater is not STORAGE heater, it is a INSTANT heater. so, of cos will hot instantly. Although I will sign up for Citygas, but I will not get the free heater, not comfortable to put at kitchen, esp the pipe.

Today i go to Expo, got 2 air cons exhibit there. 1 shop focus on StarMex Easy Clean, give class 0 insulation, also ensure the workmanship is nice, i.e. they will sealed all the "gap". The other shop, focus on LG, (although they also sell StarMex), said StarMex got problem on the sensor ?? also said the other shop give Class 1 insulation whereas they give class 0. So, now most shop want to clear this batch of StarMex, new batch only arrived in Aug. Also said Sharp no good...Panasonic compressor too tall, later u cant open your windows. So, left only LG vs Fujitsu for us to choose ??

So, what model / brand u finally decided ?

Gaxx City cheap meh ? +$150 for stanless steel blancket, +$20 per unit for copper gauge 22, $20 per unit for Class 1 insulation, + $$$ for 2 times installation. I think neighbourhood shop cheaper then them...

Nope, the website already said $21. Town council called me, said he had take a look at our letterbox, and "counsel" that handyman guy. BTW, he give u how many keys ? Mine only got 2 keys...hmm...cos normally lock got 3 spare keys. funny!
