hi..mine is Sealy Mayfair. It more for "side sleeper". Both me and my wife are side sleepers,so its just nice for us. I got it for $2522.

hmmm i guess Isaia is a better choice for u then i still can remember the feel of the Isaia. Shiok. but we got Sealy instead cos my wife prefer Sealy and i dont mind Sealy too

i was quoted for abt $2k for the slightly better one (price including QS bedframe worth $299) at henderson i have tried 2 Isaia mattress. love the slightly costly one. feel better hmm i thought that mattress is soft also? Isaia that 2 mattress belongs to soft category if really hard mattress, i tried Simmons and Serta, its even harder than Isaia..

i shortlisted Isaia mattress too. Its v v comfortable when i tested it. suitable for sleepers who likes soft mattress

heh but 37" vs 32", difference is ($1429 - $799) $630 leh.. i bought mine at Hong Liang @ Alexandra Village.

not really a v good price xlan got her Toshiba 32A3000 for $799. Hers is super good price leh

hehe everybody's turn will come (getting poorer and poorer on the hse) i am already "poored" oh ya btw, the top 3 "S" mattress are famous in matching cheaper price according. my "S" was matched before (from $2700 to $2520 ) so the price that u got is definitely reasonable

hi crazycar.. i have checked the hdb guidelines..it says no hacking of kitchen and toilet tiles leh..only can hack 5 years later..is it that the guidelines has change already? just curious also..

these factors are headache: need to chose between some of it 1) Cost 2) getting along well with ID/contractor 3) Worksmanship eg. if u found someone good in point 2 and 3, but point 1 is high, u may think twice eg. if u found someone good in point 1, ie cheapest quote, point 3 may pull your decision down its not easy to find someone with 1+2+3 its advisable u get many quotes to compare. i have some friends who got 20over quotes to compare. some get abt 10quotes. getting quotes is tiring the rest of the advice, some other forum members will help u.

partition featured tv wall is nice leh..its v unique.. the normal tv feature wall is too common i wanted to do partition feature wall in my living room too,but becos of space constraint i didnt do it..how i wish my hse is bigger thats a good suggestion bro
