Just spend within your own limits. It's hard to compare line by line for every quotation as end of the day, there's sure some item cheaper and some item expensive all IDs. I have about 5-6 quotes on hand and funny enough, end of the day I did not choose the cheapest quote among them (78k to 86k). I choose the 84k ID as somehow I trust in him that he will deliver for me. His reponsive, experience, attitude and chemistry won us over.

Yes, it's an EM too. We are waiting for the 3D to be out, should be 2 wks time. We tried to put whatever we can think of in the main quote, no want any last minute surprise. A full overhaul too. I will prefer to omit than add on next time. Haha...no want any heart attack. Really siong to renovate an EM!

I bought at Tampines, at a very high COV. It's a corner unit with recess area bought over by owner. Condition is ok, but we are still planning to do an overhaul as it don't really suit us and since we will be staying for long term, so decided to do an overhaul. Most quote which I have gotten come back to be 80k....sweat men.

From what i know, Town Council no longer provide haulage service from May 07 onwards. Thus I had no choice but to let my contractor earn this money. FYI, I paid $900 in total for haulage+sand+hacking the tiles.
