I never had a problem with their service, quite prompt with their delivery for the study table we bought from them. No glitch as well. I think your case is a one off thing that happens to the occasional individual. It is ok to make mistakes as long as they're rectifying it & service is acceptable.

First check if your sony tv got inserts at the back for the wall brackets to latch on. The easiest way for you is to call up the shop where you got the tv and confirm whether it can be wall mounted.
