    My new BTO demolition between living and kitchen wall now need PE endorsement too. Very strange. I saw many people here mention demolition of in between kitchen and living wall doesn't need PE. Someone can PM the PE contact? Many thanks

    Would you pls quote your best for system 3 (For 3 bedrooms use) for Mitsubishi (2 and 5 ticks), LG (4 ticks) and we are looking to install within 1 or 2 week time.
    Pls let me know the BTU and models.
     
    Pls let us more detail as follow:
    1) years of warranty? Basic warranty (parts only) or comprehensive warranty (include transportation and labor cost)
    2) Type of materials use such as

    Thickness of the insulation

    -Grade of class use ?

    -What is the gadge (copper pipe) use

    - Type of wiring cable ?

    - Is the drainage pipe insulation all the way ?

     

    3) How many trips for the installation? Our is new BTO

    We just got key for new BTO on mid January. It is near to CNY holidays and too bad can't do any renovation engagement and work. Is it true that town council fee must start pay upon key collection? I saw many units owner are not yet collecting their keys. In such case, I should postpone my key collection.
