Hehe, true true. But for us w/out svc balcony, the washing machine and storage will eat into our kitchen space. So plus and minus, it's abt the same. Think if u can shift the L1 toilet door into the svc balcony, that area can put more kitchen cabinets for storage. Hehe, bedrm 2 quite shiok actually, can have WIW. The oven looks nice. Is that a roasting spit at the top part of the oven? Looks like can roast a chix also woh. Yupz, gota on the heat. I think the instruction manual will tell u the temp to heat for the first time. Mine also need to, and had to heat for abt 4hrs for the first time to get rid of the new smell. The next few times I used, there was still some smell. But after awhile it's gone.

Nice tiles! The diamond shaped wall tile look like the one ourwhiteresidence used for the kitchen. And yup, precious is right, glossy tiles are REALLY very easy to clean. hehehe...
