well... i thought so too. can save $$, just polish and the floor will look as good as new.

BUT! on final inspection day after all furnitures were removed, saw that the floor was badly stained. asked around and determined that the stains were so bad that polishing was never able to remove it completely.

so, we're going to hack the broken marble and change to 80cm X 80cm homogeneous tiles.

went to take a look today, they were laying the kitchen wall tiles

(will upload some pics when i get home)

we're sourcing for kitchen sink, stove and cooker hob. any recommendations on where to get them?

the toilet condition looks quite "public". I got mine from IMM Asia Excel Marketing. May not be the cheapest in town,but service is not too bad
