when are u planning to start reno?

hehe... i don't think i have the passion for teaching.

i'm in the finance industry. :notti:

reno has already started on 6 apr. most probably take 6-8weeks according to my ID.

Welcome! mmMm looks like a good buy! the floors can be saved and all. :)

the floor will look really good after polishing :)

well... i thought so too. can save $$, just polish and the floor will look as good as new.

BUT! on final inspection day after all furnitures were removed, saw that the floor was badly stained. asked around and determined that the stains were so bad that polishing was never able to remove it completely.

so, we're going to hack the broken marble and change to 80cm X 80cm homogeneous tiles.

I m very near to u, i am at st 21... wah.... wat a waste to hack the marble flooring... I m intending to do marble flooring for my flat but will got to see whether can we afford the price of it...

went to take a look today, they were laying the kitchen wall tiles

(will upload some pics when i get home)

we're sourcing for kitchen sink, stove and cooker hob. any recommendations on where to get them? :)

the toilet condition looks quite "public". I got mine from IMM Asia Excel Marketing. May not be the cheapest in town,but service is not too bad :)
