Looking for quotes for my parent's home. I was quoted the following from yafen.sg which sold me LED lights and did the electrical work for my own home about a year ago.

  • Supply & Install 2x13A power socket: $50
  • Supply & Install Lighting/Ceiling Fan Wiring Point with Switch: $30
  • Supply LED 12W Downlight: $12
  • Supply LED Pendant Light: $48
  • Install Pendant Light: $10
  • Install Downlight / Ceiling Light / Pendant Light: $10
  • Install Ceiling Fan: $50
  • Supply Acorn Ceiling Fan AC238 with LED Light and Remote Control: $289
  • 1 year onsite warranty

 Reasonable?

That is very cheap! Will be dropping by the store this weekend!

Total damage was $3888 for electrical work, L-box false ceiling, lights and fans from yafen.sg

Good quality at an amazing price

The only problem was schedule. As their schedule was packed, I had to wait 2 weeks before they could start work. Nearly wanted to go to another contractor but the price difference was too great.

Hi guys,

My renovation is 98% done.

I am fully satisfied with my electrician. He is a flexible guy (in terms of price) and also in attitude. A very easy to talked to guy.

I bought ALL my lightings from TaoBao and some came in batches, my ceiling fans were from Tampoi in JB. He is OK to install bit by bit for me, example my first batch of lights came first, he sent his worker nearby to install just that batch for me, and he told me when next batch of lighting come, he send his worker come to install again. This is how flexible he is.

He doesn't even collect a single cent from me until my job is FULLY done. (You go around see which electrician will do that. Haha)

For those of you who want his contact, please PM me with your Name and Contact Number.

I will link you both up. :D

Just for reference his pricing (per point):

These prices are just for reference, trust me, can go lower

  • New Lighting point: $32
  • Single Point: $45
  • Double Point: $55
  • Install Lights: $10
  • Install ceiling fan: $50

Disclaimer first:

I understand that many people in RenoTalk is afraid of self-promoting scams.

Due to the fact that there are too many self-promoting contractors, etc, I must say I am not a clone account nor this recommended electrician's self promoting. I am just a satisfied customer and I think I should share around the good work and helping anyone who is looking for a trust worthy electrician.

Just see my past posts and joined date can verify my profile already :D

Could you please share the contact to me? jeffyong123@gmail.com Thank you.

Their schedule for electrical wiring was packed but they had several available slots for light installation. In the end, I opted to just buy and install lights. They are much cheaper as compared to other stores and I think quality is quite good.

Hi guys, i engaged a young and vibrant company name comfort home solutions. I would strongly recommend everyone to check them out.

They gave reasonable pricing slightly below the market price. Yet providing a professional services.

I still remember i bought a faulty lighting from china. Once i installed it burned out. I contacted them to help me to fix it. Not only they didnt charge me a new quotation for removing the exisiting burned light and fixing all the damage done. They simply helped me to replace the burned light with a new light and change the wiring at the cost of $100.

I asked him why is it so cheap. He told me. He still have extra material left after completing my house.

Its these, small little act of honesty and professionalism that touches me.

In summary.
