limwl27 0 Report post Posted April 20, 2010 Hi, Currently, I own an EC. I was thinking of adding my wife as the owner once we get married so she could help with the loan payment Anyone knows what's the cost/procedure to do this, i.e. need to incur legal fees and stamp duty? If these are needed, would I be able to get the bank to absorb these when I refinance?

If these are needed, would I be able to get the bank to absorb these when I refinance? Some info on HDB's web, however cost not listed. Suggest you to call or pay a visit to your branch office to find out the details. Some time in 1995 when my late father passed away, 2nd brother's name was put in as joint tenancy with my 3rd brother, paid about SGD500 only.
