hi reglxt, very very nice place you have there! can't wait to see pics with the furnishings in!

I'm also looking into water dispenser option. Does M18 dispense hot/cold?

Can you share the cost of it and the maintenance charges? - Thks!

Hi newnyew,

thanks alot!

I saw the hyflux machine on display and it's is pretty huge .. Didn't get a chance to speak to the sales person.. How much water can the machine produce? I was really amazed that it can convert water from moisture .. So was keen in getting one.. Now that you mentioned this I got to think twice.. Heee

I got the turbo hob during the warehouse sales.. 100 off retail price ($898)

You will need to install 30amp electrical point for this hob before cabinet installation.. Keep alook out on sat's straits time advertisement for warehouse sales

The bad thing is it uses alot of electricity and electricity bill can be costly if you do heavy cooking

i didnt get to see the actual hyflux size so cant compare.

but after reseaching for so many machines,

we decided on tami cos its the only machine

which can dispense boiling n icy cold water then.

but im sure there r newer models in the markets nowadays.

as for the amount of water, it is connected to the water outlet under the sink so its never-ending haha...

im currently using a smeg stove n am thinking to change to an induction one.

dunno whether if its feasible. got to disturb my electrician again i guess.

so when is reno finishing?

ps:i posted the tami pic in my blog so didnt wan to double post here.

Hi Yuene,

Thanks alot! Congrats to you too! :D

Please post more pictures if you have.. By the way, I am using Edm*nd too :P

I am not selling for Sanctuary Di*n. They are slightly pricey compared to Cell*ni and they are using solid material like nyatoh wood and nice fabric but no warranty.

They can customize designer lookalike furniture... just need to provide them pictures will do.. maybe you can drop by their show room next time :)

Agree with you. When renovating a place, there seem to be so much incidentals to pay for. Hence, its prudent to set aside some extra money for incidentals. It is more likely that the actual amount spent on reno and furnishing the place exceeds the initial budget.

Cheers! :)
