I'm trying to keep the reno cost down at below 35K excluding electrical n fittings... and I'm still within my targeted budget thus far, hopefully don't hand leg ichy add more stuffs....

Hi Shirley, I think 35K for an EM reno is really affordable. Mine is at least double, but i think i'm a lot less disciplined than bro Kobelala...

For WC, cos we use them quite often, I think it's ok to spend a bit more for better quality time on the 'throne'.

Sis Adidame, *HENG* I can save some money on my lvl 2 parquet floor and some other stuffs like my "Arch Doors" LOL... I also never make any false ceiling if do makeover, can die you're right, at least also 80K and above for normal makeover.... *faint*
