Thanks Ong. No space to put coffe table, so will put a side table beside the sofa instead.

I just helped to install the digital lock on my friend house door and i realised the lock has a rubber which prevent water from sipping in...sigh

I bought the side table from ikea and the delivery is tmr. Nothing fanciful, jus a simple white sidetable.

I was hoping to put something on the tv console to hide the power sockets away from sight.

I went taobao to browse through, there are so many shops selling similar stuff.. quite lost as to which to pick even with the reviews...

actually when I see your power sockets, I realise I did mine the wrong way. Mine is behind the console, though hidden, because of the backing of my console, I can't push the console all the way back against the wall. now there is a huge gap between console and wall, making my narrow living room even narrower... Your height is a better choice, can just shift the tv a bit or put photos/ huge posters to hide.
