liverpudian 0 Report post Posted March 25, 2015 Wanted to level up the balcony of my massionette but contractor says HDB does not allowed anymore.Anyone manage to get HDB's approval to do so recently?How about the light weight concrete that AstridOne mentioned above? chameleon20 0 Report post Posted November 28, 2016 My ID just broke this news to me and said cant level up my balcony to living room height and my FSM already advised me to put dining table there when we thought this is ok... anybody here managed to find solutions?
