I'm thinking of doing a simple screen like that but not sure if the water will splash out too much Honestly , I have yet to shower in my bathroom!! I'm quite small built so, thinking, with the shower spray pointing down at this angle, I might splash a little onto the dry area but not too much, I hope. Will let you know, once I've tried it! The place looks more like a home now, less like a showroom flat! Bought more stuff from Shopee/ Lazada/ Daiso to decorate: I didn’t have a coffee table. Instead, bought this C table (with wheels) so I can eat infront of the TV if needed.😬 Edited December 5, 2020 by JOYWALKER
yumeiren 0 Report post Posted December 9, 2020 Is there an increase in flooring price? I was quoted 4.5k for homogeneous tiling for a 47 sqm 2rm BTO (living and bedroom only). Thanks

Did you seek other quotations for the flooring price?

Thanks in advance. If I had seen this earlier, I would have taken the IKEA package. and this blog has a review on Ikea Kitchens. I Tried IKEA Kitchen Planner Singapore Despite Bad Reviews (hellomrsalty.com) and I think how long a kitchen lasts is actually dependent on humidity. In the US, IKEA kitchens last like 20 years and it's because the weather is dry. Edited December 15, 2020 by yumeiren add on
JOYWALKER 14 Report post Posted December 15, 2020 @Langrisser Wah, even Ikea need to pay so much for the kitchen cabinet. 😅 I'm not sure if you have seen my kitchen cabinet posting before, but here's the link: I was lucky to get a promotional package at that point of time: $4,088 (Quartz table top ) including, installation of sink/stove (those were purchased separately) . Thanks in advance. For Ikea cabinets, if you are handy with tools, can diy as they are made to fixed dimensions. To me that is their advantage, readily available and can be easily replaced, instead of customized size. For their countertops it seems their real wood tops are no longer offered in SG, but that could be sourced from other companies.
