Renovation Contractors, Not Id

Recommended Posts

Dear all,

I'm looking for a reliable contractor (not ID, but if contractor can do some ID, it is okay) that are professional and reasonable in pricing since I'm on a tight budget to renovate HDB 4-rooms Resale flat.

The contractors (should be registered licensed HDB contractors) with good workmanship and experienced.

So appreciate anyone could pm me the Contractor's contact. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

I have used a carpenter who is cheap & provide good customer service. Workmanship is good too. He specialize in flooring & carpentry works. I understand that he have just start up his renovation company as well recently but I have used his renovation company before. I can pass u his contact for the carpentry works & you can discuss with him on the hacking of walls as well.

Hi sorry for the silly question... but is there any big difference between id & contractor?

The contractor I engaged 2 years back also can design. Most of their works are done in-house. A lot of my friends and relatives who came over also like the work done. They thought I went to a id but was surprised that everything is put together nicely by just a contractor. She is very experienced and quite accommodating. The good thing is I managed to get some extra work done without being charged.

so I think as long as price is reasonable and workmanship is good, id or contractor also ok right ?

A Good ID and responsible contractor has to be very pro-active, creative, knowledgeable, flexible, able to accommodate to client requirement, it is better to be good talker, able to sell its product, able to free-hand draw, able to handle 2D & 3D drawing, has to be good temperament, Punctual, Good Planner, On schedule.

Lacked of any item above will not be able to survive in this line :good:
