Finally! Ive made a decision on hob and hood. Down to the last part, the OVEN. I love to bake especially cakes, brownies and cookies, pizzas.. and also grilling chicken/meat/fish. In my old oven always had the problem of cookies not turning out crispy.Grilling was fine but it took quite some time. Well, the old one was just a table top oven bought by mom. So for my new home, i would like to get an oven that can fullfill my needs.Something nice on the eyes and serves it purpose well I have come down to these 2 Ovens. Basically because price range for both is within my budget. I chose these 2 because of the Functions which i will use a lot. Both are almost the same with the electrolux having a few added functions. I have listed the functions of both ovens in hope to get some opinions which is more worth it. The only concern i have is, does the ovens serves its purpose well, any probs with the heating, min lifespan for these ovens? Cos i heard of some unlucky people whose ovens actually had problems after months of usage. Is it easy to get the parts or have it fixed if in any case spoils. For those who has used this oven pls share ur reviews with me. Most appreciated. hi dwinsplace, ocean and azysic are right. for my BTO there is no turn off charge since there is nothing to turn off. mine cost $120. first appt to run the pipes (contractor will mark out where so citygas installer knows) and second appt is to connect to gas appliances and turn on gas. in my case, I only have the hob. others may have gas heaters and gas dryers as well

ehhhhhhh.... just remember. When you buy sofa / dining chair, do check if it is PU leather. if it is, don bother to buy. The lifespan of PU leather is around 9-18 months from the Date of manufacturing. After which, it will flake

Lucky you.. I am not as lucky as you and I will not recommend. I chose him because he had numerous good reviews without looking for second designer. to my disappointment. If you got no expectations of your house, you can go for him because he speaks very well but doesnt deliver as good as his speech. If you do not mind co-ordinating your own work , sign with him. if you want him to do co-ordination for you, buy through him. My budget was 40k and was exceeded by almost 5k. Maybe he is just like any ID on the street which need commission, nothing wrong ..but he do not deserve good reviews.
