Hi, Ken82, Fan is great! i have friends who came to my house and said my KDK is so quiet compared to his Amasco. it has 7 speed, usually i use up to speed 2-4 only. make sure your ceiling is flat. if not, it will coz the fan to wobble. one of my ceiling is a bit slanted, but acceptable. It will wobble a little on speed 7, other than that, its fine. I got my Sensa 5 from Yes Electrical, JB. cost me RM$560 each. if you have white ceiling, the KDK looks just fine. I have been using KDK for many years..the quality is very good.

IMO, the ID's make it difficult to compare 2 different quotes to hide their margins. Some don't provide breakdown for certain items - others don't provide breakdown for other items. I did an excel sheet and started comparing item by item. In the end, the difference in certain items are marginal, where in some items glaring. I didn't negotiate in cases where the difference is not so much. Few $ here and there is ok. Where it was reasonable because the IDs are also in the business of making profits. We can't expect them to do charity.

The quality seems quite good, it's supposed to be full leather and seems like it. I haven't seen an eames lounge chair in SG so I don't know what is the difference in quality, but I've asked from Comfort Design before how much it costs and theirs is like 1.2k or 1.5k, can't remember exact. So this chair for about 600 excluding shipping is worth it!

We have just completed our 4 room renovation journey in Aug’ 2014, and I would say we are so lucky found Kevin Yap (Ideal House) to be our ID. Same as most of the comments above, he is a patient, highly responsible and best listener to accommodate our “Crazy” idea (if I were him, I dare not to take up this project During the renovation journey, although not all works are "Perfectly" done since most of the works are hand made, surely all the workmanship are above satisfactory level. And, some of the minor issues were quick rectified by Kevin, we found less worries with his best after-sales services. As mentioned earlier – Crazy idea, after meet up and discuss with Kevin, he pleased to take the challenge helping us to install fiber optic for us in our living room, although the installation process is a hard works, Kevin manage to find his best team to complete the job for us.
