hehe just to share with you... My house is all homo tiles. and to make the house bright we chose the whitest tiles we could within the range... I totally regret. If I have a chance I will have the bedrooms in laminate.. Cos I have long hair and it drops... and it's CONSTANTLY seen around the house. I magic-clean twice a day and it's still flying around. horrible!!

the window grilles? The house came with them... so we didn't take them down. But I want to change grilles eventually cos I've been hurting myself while opening and closing my windows.. my hand gets trapped between the vertical bars and the glass window... and it's very painful. Waiting for extra money and I'll change to those with horizontal bars only... whahaha My parents are a little afraid of "spiderman". From the corridor there seems to be a ledge outside where you can climb over the railings outside our house and to these windows.. so we left the grilles there lor

I Want To Design My Own Wedding Invitations.
pinkpetter replied to robertjack's topic in Reno t-Blog Chat
mmm My friend's dad designed her invite... he made is like a postcard one side is one of their photographs and a bible verse, the other side was all the info. He took the design to those printing shops to print... I believe basement of Sim Lim has one. otherwise you can try www.tommyprint.com.sg -
eh? got to fill with grout lor. cement-like grouting.. don't worry. If your floor tiles are black you might want to remind your contractor to put black grout?

The one beside my bed ah? I don't use it to put clothes... it's for all my barang. My clothes go into the better quality one I got from S&C.... MmMm I have the intention of moving things around my room every 1-2 years... so for me quality is not of utmost concern. But so far it has served me well. But i prefer my little ODDA bedside table. It really comes in useful for me

Tada I did mine! I used the Ikea Kvartal range for panel curtains. I bought the single rail, 2 ceiling mounts to put up the rail on the ceiling. Then I bought 2 top rails to attach to the string curtain and slide into the railing on the ceiling. Viola!
-
mmm ok! ya AMK is a convenient place really. Thanks for the compliment! hehe now doing the little touchups.
-
YAYYYY I managed to grab some of that panel curtain from IKEA today!! Whoopee. Thsi means we can put this up this weekend! A heavy duty vase I bought... mm Black Ribbon for my photo project.

lol my house mid floor also a lot of dust.. Think if the unit is windy there will be a lot of dust regardless of whichever floor you are on. I rather have windy than stuffy and clean. Later see see your scratch ok? How's it living in your new place?

I didn't really understand your last post. hehe If you don't like having S/S backing then leave it as it is, just paint wash and wear so that you can wipe when you need. and your walls will probably need a paint job every couple of years. Otherwise the other option is to have glass backing.. but oil can seep behind the glass and you can see the oil spots through the glass. Half tiled walls is also ok... I've had IDs suggest that to me before also... -
WAH that really sounds FAST!
