Look at wat u need for a tv. If u need better spec and higher def, than u gotta stretch ur wallet more. Set ur budget or spec. then from there, narrow into your option. Univonna have some 3+1 L-shape high back rest with full length at about ±2.4m Some of the neighborhood shops sell univonna, price range should be from 1200up, depending on model. Neighborhood shops sells are cheaper but warranty is shorter (2yrs). i have tried univonna and seahorse, price diff about 500, but I still prefer univonna for the high rest and sitting angle. fyi, most of the time, half leather means synthetic leather, unless they confirm its calf or cow leather.

Holly molly… I nearly puke when I see the pic… no offence, I would have called a lot of ppl the 1st thin I see that thin crawl outta the toilet bowl. Pub, plumber, hdb, pest control….anyone, jus to highlight this problem... And ya, it does looks like earthworm, but can’t be sure. Earth worm can’t survive in water for more than 1-2 weeks… Please check with your neighbors, one level high and one level down, call pub, pest control… Dun live with the problem, need to get a solution… No idea wat kinda disease(s) they might be carrying… Hope u can get them fix, by terminating the source (not biweekly cleaning session)

I would have got a plumber or someone to check long time ago. Bro, living with the problem for 3 years without solving it…. U can lah… Dun thin they are earthworm bro. Earthworm drowns if they are submerged in water for too long, maybe a week or so… That’s y u will see they crawl out from soil/earth, after heavy rain/water ponding… Maybe those worms came from …… …. Take care and hope u solve this problem soon…

Any plants or soil in ur toilet? Dun thin earthworm crawls up to 4th level… Maybe drop from upstair? However, I seem millipedes crawling concrete pillars.. but earthworm…

I’m doing a display cabinet by the side of the tv console location (living room), so tot of asking him to design the display cabinet and console into a “one piece” kinda thing. Some companies do provide loan for their staffs, and will deduct from monthly salary… If company willing to loan, then save interest liao lo… For loan for 15k @ interest 6% The saving will be about $1125 (for a repayment period of 15months) I have asked maybank, they do need the quotation from revo co. the interest depending on the loan amount, 1-5k = ?% 5-10k= ?% 10k up = ?% Can’t rem the actual rate, If not wrong it’s about at 3-4% and lowest at about 2+% loan payment period affects the rates too… ur latest pay documents (payslip or IR8A) IC copies and ownership deed/mortgage proof (whatever its call) subjected to their approval….
