i think on the whole cheaper than those at wat mondi, om and so on. mine was about $1300 for 3 seater+L-shaped. PU soft. but I sat on it super comfy. leather more expensive

if i suay suay on the stage for assembly/flag raising every morning, u will hear me lor. but chances low. most likely hear me during recess time. but just saying that being near to a sch not ideal if u don;t wake up early. cos will be very noisy

for your record, i am chin chye like mad. actually, the current house is the first one i saw. one look i said ok. then kena scolding from relatives and friends, saying i buy house like buy vegetables. must see more houses. then kena scolding, more enthu abt house hunting. saw about 10-15 more. then in the end, still go back to the first one i saw. 缘分maybe... hmmm, dun wan to hack new's blog liao. wait she's angry!!!

from my experiences, there is no such thing as a perfect home. if it is so perfect, i think no one will want to sell it. exterior definitely more impt than interior. interior problems can be fixed. but exterior problems like neighbours, surroundings, fengshui matters, noise etc cannot be fixed.
