Thanks for all yr advise and comments, everyone!! Though this is a challenging floorplan, we nearly strike 4D twice of its unit number. I believe it brought me good luck cos I finally found a new job after so long!!! I am still having headache with my bed position in my master bedroom. Hehe

Hi cookieger, Master Cai has been around for more than 20 over years. A few of my friends' parents do ask for his advise for house fengshui or consult him on current year luck (which I only learnt about it recent years). I have not engaged him for my house fengshui before but I learnt from my mum that some years back, her friend engaged Master Cai to look her house fs and my mum's friend managed to strike 4D thereafter (in ten thousands, not small amount). So far, our whole family only used his services on current year luck and career advise which he is really accurate. I am definitely not his spokeperson. Just to share what I heard of and what my friends told me so far.

Hi, can I check with you how do you know there were geniune offers for your flat? I am looking for flat to buy at Queenstown area and when I made an offer. The agent didnt reply me at all liao. I did my own research then realised this agent is always aiming for record price breaking transactions.
