I just visited Besglas in IMM. Decided to change the yard door to Ezi instead of Movi coz of space constraints. Not sure if I should get the frosted glass door from them or my ID. Besglas charges $634 b4 gst. ID changing me $650 no gst. Was told by the sales staff that the hinges are from Australia. What do u guys think?

I bought Rheem 25l for $299.60 at a shop in Jln Bersar. Can't get other brands coz of the false ceiling height restriction. Tried Joven in my previous apartment before. Pretty reliable - at least it served me well for 2 yrs. I hope Rheem works just as well.

Seems like it's due to the acid wash. Your contractor shouldbe able to do touch up to the grouting. Tile surface I don't know. Thanks for letting us know though. I just told my ID to be extra careful when doing acid wash.

I'm doing that for my apt. Saves $. Should be okie based on my ID. And I think it's okie coz my reno warranty is 5 yrs. haha
