After holding for 15 minutes in a queue from No.5 to No.1, my call was directed to a mailbox! I'm going down to their office to give them a piece of my mind!

anyone had bad experiences with them? It seems like there is only 1 person manning the customer care hotline. I have been calling since morning and i'm always directed to the mailbox. It's just so frustrating!

look out for the isetan sale coming soon. there should be good deals too. yesterday went to Robinson's cardmembers sale. they had up to 70% sale on the bedding accessories. Very worthit! Especially those reasonably high threadcount (620 TC) ones.

wow very nice pics from the ID! btw, we went to Living Vision last weekend too. They are more into the Black and White theme which was not what we wanted. Seems like their quality not too bad and I think they cater to the upper mid-range consumers.

went down to my home today to check on the progress. the workers were doing up the "hole" for my shampoo ledge. felt that the hole is too small and the ledge is not deep enough to put the shampoo bottles. anyway, since the common bathroom has already been done, we decided to leave it. But for the MBR bathroom, we requested them to make it bigger in terms of the height and the length. Hope they can get it right *fingers crossed*. common toilet (below) MBR toilet (below)

I'm not too sure about the dimensions. But the length is about 2/3 the width of a Queen Size bed. I bought it together with the bed at Slumberland gallery at IMM. I think you can check it out at other Slumberland galleries too.

Just some quick photo updates here. Very hectic and tiring long weekend for us.....almost "died" looking for furniture..... Aircon piping and insulation all done for the 3 bedrooms and living room Check out how small our resized common toilet is! Our resized MRB toilet. So BIG now! Bought Slumberland mattress (cosmo series) + free bedframe Also bought this storage cum cushion set box. Intending to put this near our living room entrance so that we can sit down on this cushion seat when wearing our shoes.

ya lor... so tough to hack.... and so much noise too. so noisy until my neighbour below my home complain to HDB!

that was exactly what I felt too! change the flooring so that its easier to match with furniture. if only the granite flooring was plain without the "patterns". anyway, the workers who came to hack the granite flooring felt more "heart pain" than us..... they say the flooring so nice.....

same sentiments! although this soft set is really value for money, i guess i can't compromise on comfort (my preference) and practicality.
