Must always study the cause before action. Zhiz's case look like the sliding window with water trapped in the railing ans sort of "overflow" after sometime. There is a cutting at extreme end of railing to "drain" water...... If cement slab on top of window not "protruding out" long enought, rain water will easy run down from top wall, and get collected at window sills. In this situation, whether casement or sliding, try to make a "drainage" at lowerest end to prevent colletion of water. Need trial & error a few times. If got "lobang" whether at sides or bottom of window frame, just seal it, better from outside in.

Once I worked in MRTC, later seconded to SMRT(1987-1992), though not issued with the arrest warrant, like now the Station Masters do, I "catch" and "advise" communters not to drink, eat and to "behave properly" while on train, or even within "paid" areas. It is stated in the SMRT bible-handbook - all employees have expressed or implied duty to ensure stipulated rules being observed & followed by commuters. Have made one baby cries aloud on train while asked mother to stop feeding milk bottle to baby. All looked at me, face turned red and quickly alight at next stn, the mrt handbook only teach all employees to "catch" & "advise" and "press the button" if necessary, but never teach how to handle baby's cry. One time caught one office lady eating bread at RFP stn, while waiting train. Camera direct at her somemore. She argued back very kl....brought her to station master. If encounter like the one above, employees should "press the button" and escort her out of the system. -
Just to share abt this platform bed cocept. In 1992, I asked my brother(carpeter)to build a nyatoh wood platform over the whole mbr (4 inch height), one whole row of low cabinet below the panel widows, dress table, WR all bulit on top of this platform. We just put mattress on top of platform. We were "young" so do have this "knee" problem. Both babies were like to crawl over the platform and bed. After after 8 yrs later, we bought a "4 leg" bed frame & put on top of the platform, "earlier" to get down from the bed!

To ancient Chinese, the Purple Forbidden Enclosure lies in the middle of the sky, and is circled by all the other stars. Believed you & your wife have done the homework and understand yr financial strength, tastes, and property info available in the mkt, now just pondering "go" or "no go". Let me provide you a "second opinion", as I was in this situation abt 4 months ago. I went ahead without tossing coins, but read quite some reports. Zhan Pu method is 50% vs 50%. If the answer is "positive", it boosts one's confidence to "chiong". If "negative" - then hold? for how long? Put 1-9 numbers in cup & shake to get a number as "indication"? What if get a "9" - 9 months?/9 years? When in situations where one could make logical & sound decision, let one makes, like asset/business buy/sell. Situations which involve "relationship", I would toss coin. I can't use "logic" to analyse such. The "other methods" are to read more report/analysis to help make a sound choice. Practically, should give 3 months' for build-up wall to "slow dry", then do patching and painting. The contracting forces are great, suggest you to "enlarge" the lines slighly, leave them for a month. Patch up and paint. If not complete, the lines will come again. The force can crack tiles too. I've ceramic tiles on wall, wherever cracklines went, tiles cracked.

Look like you're interested in the topic, and myself have been constantly searching for wills of Heaven, might just know a bit more, here to share: Zhan Pu started from the tikam tikam (yes/no), to innovative (open end question to open end answers), then to complicated ones, more complicated yet to come. All these relate to "future". Broadly speaking, Zhan Pu includes all those fortunte telling methods/theories. Look, all these methods need "inputs" to be "decoded". Inputs are human's face lah, palm lah, DOB lah, limbs' length/weight, etc. Processes of all these methods are human-defined. The results/answers are also human-designed. These "inputs" I would say are "static" data. "Dynamics" data has not been taken into considerations or have been seriously omitted, cos systematical collection of dynamic datas of one's look to be impossible, not to mention the analysis of the datas. I would pose a question: Can our "future" be told/determined merely by these "static" data?, Or, would the interpretation of "future" be more accurate if were to incorporate both static and dynamic data of an individual? What are dynamic data? A job interview process is actually a perception/interpretation process of individual dynamic data collection of an interviewee, by interviewer/panel of interviewers, through asking and answering. Answers are always situational/timing/location dependant. In short, dynamic data refers to an individual's value system, knowledge, know-how, upbringing,...etc. All these parameters influent individual's judgement/decision making process thus "future" by rules of nature. Nature = Heaven. One script abt "heaven" - 天将降大任于斯人也,必先苦其心志,劳其筋骨,饿其体肤,空乏其身,行拂乱其所为,所以动心忍性,曾益其所不能。

Just to elaborate further on these: beam, door, arrow, knife edge, stair case, T junction..... This is a "有形" influent (exerts upon) the "无形" issue, in fs. The degree of "influence" is subjective thus varies to individuals. "有形“ refers to beam, door, arrow, knife edge, stair case, T-junction....all the so called "bad" sha. Or, micro-level fs “无形” refers to human being's mental health, or mental state. The influence/induce to mental health is not definite or absoute. He who reads/see the “有形” as ordinary objects and nothing special, will have no influence to him. He who reads/see the “有形" as big as the "cow cart wheel", and if, these "cow cart wheels" not removed/solved/settled...a shadow will form and cast into his mental health, thus affecting his judgements in daily life. Hope the above serves as an "insight" as to why cannot do this, cannot do that..... Macro-level fs beyonds mental health. Welcome comments.

Now more free, just tell what I'm aware of: 占卜 = tikam,tikam = seeking "heaven"'s opinion in human-designed way. Can be as simple as tossing a coin, if "head"-accept, if "tail"-reject. See those ppls "asking for 4D" numbers? Put 0-9 into cup, shake shake shake, one # comes out, toss 2 coins, "head+tail" -accept this number, if "head+head" or "tail+tail", put # back, shake again....This is the simplest form of "go", or "no go" decision making method. I sometime use this method, sort of seeking God's opinion for "reconfirmation". Slightly more innovative method is put some sticks labels with numbers. Each number correspond to one "pre-written script". Put all sticks into cup and shake, till one stick drop down, then toss 2 coins or 土明 - accept the stick if "head+tail" or "face + back" for 土明, otherwise shake again. Inovative thing follows. Get the stick with number, to count. Counter staff will ask: What "matters" are you asking for: Marriage? Career? Business? B&G?....He'll go to the "appropriate area" to give the pre-written script with corresponding number. Late mother loved this very much, sometimes asked me to explain the meaning of scripts. One action, more pre-designed answers to choose from. Zhan Pu is the most "oldest" method of seeking "heaven"'s will. Involve only yes or no. Africa contries produced many human bones, so they used human bone. Chinese used turtle shell(face up or down)and coins. Angmoh used crystal ball(how to use?). I use coins. Sometimes "match" sticks. Zi Wei Dou Shu is no different from bazi,flying star.....9 numbers(9 palace), DOD(10 heaven + 12 earth), many heavenly stars invloved. Zi Wei = Palace. Dou = shake/vibrate, Shu = formulating/calculating. Literal translation: Shake and clculate to know which palaces (only 9 to choose from)to stay.

Wife loves to check if any Ah long's handwritting on wall during viewing. One time, after viewing like very much, high floor, near mrt(elevated), I spent morning, afternoor, & night "listning" to the track "music", then called agent and said "no". One time, viewed (no choice, agent already there), saw opposite neighbour, outside put one "red color bin" , and one "luo" hanging outside door. One red banner across top of door outside. I told wife don't waste time. -

How come you know she got grant? Just did a quick check, Woodsvale's transactions volume quite high, 10 year already. Free stay: $1500x12x10yr = $180,000. I stayed at my 5rm for 13 yr before rented out for 11 months @1400, so "earned" free stay 1400x12x13 = $218,400??? may be discount a bit: 1000x12x13 = $156,000?? -

I'm the sort frequent tiolet, if bedroom in between 2 tiolets, lagi best. I would make each tiolet a door, lead to bedroom, so I can choose which tiolet to use. Tiolet with 2 doors must have interlocking feature built-in, otherwise when doing business half way, another door kena open, how? This is more important. If tiolets are "bad" in house, suggest to knock down all tiolets and convert to become storeroom. Use tiolet at coffee shop, let the coffee shop "suay". 封建思想要不得。

No lah, it is after 1st appointment, confirmed all parties can sell/buy, + some processing time, then update. I signed OTP in mid Aug 09, 15 days later submitted resale application, 1st appt in Nov. Completion 31 dec 2009. Price updated as "Nov 2009". Sent email ask why can't reflect at submission date, told some applications will be kena rejected, some "auto" withdrawn, during 1st appointment some not "qualify" to buy/sell. I asked: just update first then delect those rejected/disqualified, replied: has been doing this way donkey years ago One day you boss asks you to change some ways of doing thing to keep in time, you dare to reply: has been doing this for donkey yrs?I supposed only MBT can ask. -

The price data in hdb's web has a 2-month delay "effect". Example: web put September, actually the buyer/seller's otp, resale submission etc, done 2 months earlier. I've asked hdb to reflect the price based on resale submission date to reflect current information, they said "cannot". They decide what is can, what is cannot. One day, must talk to MBT, to ask him personally to see whether can or not. Why still live in a "delay" edge? If all info pass to ministers with 2 months delayed, all die. -

No harm to appeal for anything at anytime. Just state key reason: "easier to sell" in letter & let the hdb official to make the decision. If I were hdb official, I would write you back a nice letter with many decorating words, but the answer still "NO". To layman like me, lowering down the selling price would attract more potential "toads", not necessarily must be PRs. This is what hdb wishes to see. Just buy gov a favour lah. When GE comes, throw the favour to the same lor. -

The 5yr mop from top date, is believed the "calculation method" only applicable to 1st owner. When 2nd owner buys over but within 10 yr from top, logically the 5 yr mop rule applies cos EC still subjects to hdb regulations.
