Buy football not sucessful them buy "hospital", then "wrong sperm case" appeared. How much he knows abt health cares? May be he already got lobang, Brunei lah, Middle East lah, all those "kings" have been very interested in Singapore's health care industry.....so don't be surprised he'll sell away his stake in short time. Believed he was aware the wrong sperm case long before his offer.

Bro, you import from indonesia your own? - This kind of "raw" section-cutting from trunk, only "raw" legs fit to support it. - Usually need wood-drill bit (big diameter wood cutter, round ) to make 3 shallow holes at bottom. - Insert the "raw" legs. - Leg between leg need reinforcement. - Should surf net to get some pictures for idea first - This sort of table suit to be put under big tree, with stools, then drink coffee - Or, just go to roadside and get a tree branch(make sure big & solid enough)and saw into raw legs. Let dry. - Long time no handon on wood stuff, I got no confidence to do DIY, unless got space & necessary tool and time. - How big is the diameter of this "table"? - I don't use cofee table at home since 1st baby arrived , some 15 years ago already, found obstructing. - I have a "wooden pen holder" in Y-shape, cut and made from a roadside tree trunk, when I was 16 year old doing part-time job during school holiday, helping out classmate's father at construction site, constructing wood structure to build drainage then pour cement into....touch job builds touch character. - Or can use this as "chopping board"?

On account of staying in same town, here impart you some skills learnt through observation and practice: Skill#1: Whether self-emplyed or employed, chiong and work & work (full + part time)like COW as what Therat did for the past 25 years and do a full redeemption at 2nd appointment. Skill#2. Using spreadsheet, do a 5-10 year cpf OA projection and look at yearly accumulated sum column and make own's slyvia drips. There you'll know "how far" you are away from the "dream". Skill#3: Dig your spouse's pocket monthly! This one must learn. Skill#4: Keep all cash, dump all cpf OA into property(55 year old too far to reach)Cash for 20% or 30% downpayment for mortgage loans for new house + COV + loan + reno + annual holidays Skill$5: Do weekly subscription to Singapore pools, make sure to do a one-time withdrawal of past deposits + "interest" + "capital gain". :dribble:Note: personally I don't practice skill#5, wife practises skill#3 and I'm happy to comply, why?)

Again, to share: From what Husky wrote, I'm aware he did some serious calculations and personally I "buy" the idea of 50% of (debt/total property price), thought gov sets rules for 80% for 1st loan & 70% for subsequent. Setting another 5% for stamp duty/brokage fee is also correct. MBT's "home affordability" ratio of 35% ~40% of (loan/Disposable Income)also a clear & good yardstick for commoner. Last but not least, if i've 1.6mil (assumed I already have a roof over my head), I wouuld adopt Plato's 20%:80% rule, i,e keep $320k in somewhere liquid enough for the "unexpected" and "dump" $1.28mil into property with the 50% gearing ratio, as i'm more kiasi not kiasu. If "su", can start new game again, if "si" meaning game over.

Good to have electric drill with "hammer" function for wall drilling. Drill bit also different for different jobs, Wood, metal, concrete...350watt should be enough. -
FSM does the walking, surveying, negotiating, client just pay money. Better leave this to fsm, this is not a DIY thing or read from newspaper or internet thing, if not kena ah long house, haunted house. Need to tilt this and that, put coins lah, hulu lah, water feature lah, stones lah, put petition lah, elephant lah, crystal lah, shift chair shift table shift bed lah...... Bad luck, haunted house examples serve as a caution for pple who want to do DIY buying home themsevles.
