i sold my 3i at 310+28k at holland close back in january 2010.high floor super original. At that time i tot that could be highest ever coz of the old aged unit. But if u look at recent transaction, guess urs is good buy.you have more or less bougt the location so no worries -

hi count me in i juz shifted to jurong east st 24. juz beside wet market . The input from wifey 25x wet market is expensive!! and was recommended to go jurong west 49x or 50x. so have to check out there

since u have some plans in mind..why not go for ala carte? is time consuming but save lots. 1) direct carpentry 2) ceiling/painting/wiring normaly under 1 3)plumbing/wet work try to source here u might get good lead..cheers -

in this current buyers market if u going to pay cov better exercise caution. coz valuation is already very high. 20k looking like high cov already. juz got 2 frends closing at 10 and 17k for 4 n 5 room respectively in decent locations -
tiling hacking good deal..carpentary better go direct. u will save alot unless yr contractor give good material..me too 5 room but carpentary direct..regards

Actually the truth is COV hv indeed plunged. Coz the current sentiment is too much confusing with so many new rules kicking in. For first time buyers impt factor is cash and housing need so low cov is a must. as for valuation i think not much need to worry as we using can see no touch CPF. The ones who really will be hit is those 1st timers who bought resale juz before the 30aug rule at highest valuation and cov. existing sellers who buy earlier or later actually no different as we sell n buy high or sell low n buy low. -

I really surprised prices of property can be so easily influenced by .....thats y some die hard who hv waited for years prices to drop or cov to zero still there..i tot real impossible for this day to arrive so fast...but truth prevails -
just go down to hdb and meet the officers coz u might be running out of time. hundreds of people write in to HDB and i can tell u they are not fast in replying, Is better u lower down yr expectations and sell it soon b4 hdb buy back at the price u bought in 2003..as wat others said market hv not plunged. Is only coz of hungry ghost month and hari raya that put of buyers at the moment.good unit will sell..regards...also good unit cant sell if yr agent only looking for direct buyer to pocket extra 1 percent..look into that too..

yesterday my frend went viewing 3 units in jurong east. 1st 5A model valued 420k sold 467k. 2nd EA unit without valuation but expected to be ard 505k sold at 560k. both 1st week listings.only 1 unit 5I was hanging coz pR ratio filled even thogh only 20k asking cov. So good units still sell wateva market sentiments
