Last time my BTO flat also, i hack away a small part of the kitchen entrance wall, it exposed some iron reinforcement as well. But HDB PE come inspect the waterproofing after hacking, pass and the wall goes. :dancingqueen: Think it is really up to them one. Can only say their standard varies.... :bangwall:

Sorry for the late reply. Was pretty busy preparing for an event in Sabah. Haven't sign, but won't run away liao. Will be doing with Andrew. Last updates on the quotes, he notices some errors, so he will revise. Maybe next round, will meet at his office to do up the quotes so that he can update on the spot and finalize before printing.

Previously in my parents place in TP, before converting to StarHub, it can have such issue during evening time. Most of the time happens after 6pm till maybe 10pm. After switching to StarHub, slightly better but similar problem. Suspect it is due to the old antenna on roof top. After Upgrading program, think no more such problem. Not too sure if they replace the 30+ year old antenna ; ) But if you using Cable or MIO tv box, than won't have to worry about it.

But hor, your main door got direct sun ? If don't have very difficult to charge enough to light up for at least 6 hrs at night wor. For my house, only my balcony got sun-light, main door will be totally blocked. So can't do this without pulling power. ; p

Actually I'm not too sure if they are the same brand, but the shape is the same. Price I also can't comment as I only look at the list price at this point in time. (I normally don't talk about discount when I'm not ready to buy)

So far I still prefer top load. Using Hitachi, not loud. pretty ok. Easy to throw in extra or miss out clothing after washing starts. For top load, sometimes when spinning dry, if the load is not balance, it will stop and sound off an alarm, this is where you will need to open & balance the load. (This super seldom happens with the newer models, except if you are washing only 1 X blanket.) For front load, non of the above will happen. But for me, not applicable as sometimes, after started washing, then remember need to go room to check if still got cloths to wash bo :bangwall:

I saw this sink in Singapore, but they don't give the stainless steel bottom grid. I didn't go bio the bottom part, but this one really looks dam solid. Think I should go Amazon do some research liao :sport-smiley-004:
