The leakage is due to a few possible factors: 1) the drainage of the tub has leak; 2) the overflow valve of the tub has leak; 3) water seeps into the joints where tiles and tub meet very unlikely that the pipe has burst, conceal piping is braze and embedded into the cement, the water pressure will not be that strong to burst the pipe. reinstate a condo bathroom will cost u abt $5k or more. hacking and haulage fees already cost u a fraction.

I had the same issue as you. A single FCU (Fan Coil Unit) is about 10kbtu, 2 is about 20kbtu, your sys 5 CU (Condenser Unit) produce abt 24kbtu. tell me cold or not.? Right that there is no sys 5 inverter in the market. you can have a 20kbtu FCU (if it exist) to cool the entire lower floor., but it depends on your layout how how efficient can this single FCU cover the floor area. He doesn't know how to sell. Just look at their profile when choosing the aircon guy. The one I used normally work on projects, heard that they are currently installing at Sentosa Coves. moving houses alone doesn' t gives me electrical knowledge.
