I bought the Rinnai inner burner hob... the 2 burners type... 2CG is the model. The glass is the same glass for induction hob, if can crack under heat, pretty sure Rinnai will stop producing the hob. The heat is very intense for the inner burner hob, best of all it is not afraid of wind blowing the fire off, cant say the same for outer flame, especially if you are using cylinder gas. First you must close your window if got strong wind blowing into your kitchen, next you must constantly check if the flame is still there if you turn down the heat. If the flame get blow out by any reason, dont quickly ignite the flame, might explode in your face.

Asian size is 860mm; European size is 880mm & above. The gap between top and bottom cabinet is between 600mm to 700mm. Hope this answer helps.

It should be solid plywood with white spray paint, the spray paint portion is high gloss, very nice to look at but also very easy scratch... look expensive but in actual fact very cheap to produce so can chop you like a radish (bigger robert than a carrot). If build to European size, it will look like imported kitchen cabinet... to function like European kitchen cabinet, it must installed with full Blum hinges, tandembox and lift up system with servo-drive. A lot of people ask how much to build a complete Blum system with servo-drive for drawers and lift up top cabinet, i let you count yourself... 1X 3 door drawer unit with servo-drive is $600 (cost), mark up 50% will be $900 per set. You still need to add $200 per foot run for the cabinet+door and add $150~180 (cost) per foot run for Quartz (CasarStone or SilesStone) solid top, mark up 50% will land you with $220~$360 pfr. Let say lower cabinet consists of 900mm (3 feet) width drawer unit, blum parts will cost you $900, cabinet+door another $600 (assuming $200 pfr), Quartz solid top is another $900 (assuming $300 pfr), total price is $2400 just for bottom cabinet, add top cabinet with lift up system with servo-drive is about $1400 for 900mm width. This price is assuming a 50% mark up, if quoted by ID, i saw before 100% mark up. Sorry for the long winded.

waa... every item individually charge is very expensive indeed! I have nego a package deal to build the toilet, vanity and bathroom in condo style with homogeneous wall and floor tiles with 3 layers waterproofing membrane and 2 new white powder-coated windows. The bathroom and vanity area will be running conceal hot and cold water piping. The bathroom wall will build with dug out storage curbs on both side for shampoo, shower gel... etc; the center will have mosaic tiles running from ceiling to floor and fitted with a mixer to a spray shower with rain shower. The vanity area will comes with mirror with build in lighting behind the mirror and storage curb dug out from wall below/beside the mirror. And best of all it will includes installation and fitting for all accessories.

Blum is really expensive... i have 2 top cabinet (400mm X 1800mm) using Servo-Drive for Aventos HK cost me $2000. And i have all Blum hinges and drawers in kitchen cabinet, Walk in Wardrobe, 10 feet shoe cabinet and 10 feet storage unit. Quotation coming soon, will share with all how much is my carpentry work.

They should at least wipe wall surface with chemical to remove cement/plaster stains or else how they remove cement/plaster stains on groove or wall? Some very shinny floor tiles also cannot be acid wash hor, do check with your contractor or tiles shop.
