haiz.. it's the HENG + SUAY thing when shifting to a new house. For resale flats, pple usually "SCAN" the neighbouring units before buying. for burning incense paper - there is really nothing you can do, no government dept would take your complaint. If you throw a piece of tissue on the floor, you can be fined up to $5k but if you scatter hellbank notes all over the place - nobody would dare to give you a summon. so it's either keep quiet and bear with it and then sell the house whenever possible or have a hollywood style confrontation with them ala EVERITT ROAD.

yalor - energy saving bulbs looks ugly.. for incandescent bulbs - 25w is the smallest liao, but they really consume lots of electricity and generate lots of heat. alternatively you might want to look for megaman bulbs although their bulb's quality are no good but they have lots of shapes.

mai lah....fs tips are too many and too broad...without combination of bazi alone can be in the thousands. just post some questions and i will try my best to answer lor....if dunno i will say dunno.

1) depends on the amount of the product i purchase. $16 fan - dont bother - waste INK nia... 2) depends on the brandname of the product good brand name usually dont spoil so easily, I usually buy product from companies who concentrate on 1 or 2 industry - not those provision shop type - simi also manufacture simi also sell brands. example KDK. on the other hand, somebody needs to point a gun on my head to make me buy a orhsim(which solely depends on packaging and branding). 3) in my industry - no need warranty card - by scanning the serial number they can tell roughly whether your product is still under warranty or not.

great, at least you know. pls dont get sucked into those simi extended warranty - after the usual warranty period by the manufacturer, the shop/store will only pay for cheapo parts if spoilt, expensive parts - you can forget it. already a big HOOYA in ST forum a few mths back - when the lcd screen of a laptop black out - the store refuse to honour the extended warranty.

just dont put your finger into the empty socket when switched on btw, after you have remove the bulb, try to look for substitutes(energy savings if any) cos too hot also means a lot of electricity is wasted to generate HEAT instead of brightness.
