Hi sunshine07, Looking at ur quote from ur ID is really Unless he can give u a totally different design for ur hse there no other hse in Spore hv the same as you then I might consider this as so call DESIGNER FEES. Otherwise I seriously encourage u to look for other ID and compare the prices. My hse was beautifully done by Intra Design (ID: Dave) , frankly speaking there are really nt much complain abt them in term of ideas, speed, materials, workmanship and most impt after sales services. U can look at their thread in the renovation firm list they got alot of supporters.

Thks Bros for the comment, cos the last time I went to Ah Wah's hse to check on the God of War2, I realised his LCD TV image is so much better than my plasma, so I thought would there be any setting I missed out on my plasma. Guess plasma is more suitable for movies bah.

So envy got PS3 Think i have to save till next year. Err...I notice that using LCD play PS games are more better than Plasma (Don take into the burn mark effect). Any comment by u guys?

Oic my uncle stay there too. Veri good location with alot of gd and cheap foods there and a famous place for Toto "Wang" place. Err... I cant really comment hw safe there place is even my area in JW also nt safe now. To play safe use two locks first until u are veri familiar with the neighbourhood. Anyway not a big issue if you jus put down ur shopping bags to open the another lock.

I used the similar sparelock too. If the main lock is meant to be gd use for single hand so as for break in too. But most impt is still ur neighbourhood enviroment lah. My suggestion is use both locks when nobody is at home, use only the main lock only when somebody is in the hse.

Hi Hencpu, still maintain ur hse in top condition after move in. Who is doing the housework har? Btw do u knw where to buy 5.1 channal audio cables and wat do u recommend? Cos I cannot play my SACD disc from my player, later then realised either using a iLink or 5.1 channal audio cables.
