went down to nan wah yesterday to get a replacement ballast the one for my kitchen light blew two grouses 1. they count the 1yr warranty from the day of purchase, not day of delivery. so if want to buy must buy then install immediately (though i won't recommend them to anyone) 2. the ballast cost $16 a pc. i was told at purchase that they do free replacement but now they tell me it's a 1yr thing :furious: can you imagine paying $16 to replace the ballast when i can get a similar light at that price or $3.9 from ikea? the twin light bulb one is worse, there's 2 ballast in there so it'll cost $32 to replace, just slightly less than the cost of a new light :fire: so everyone, DON'T buy from nan wah :curse:

that day 2 guys turned up at my door and gave me a shock turn out it was patrick's workers to touch up my door frame really want to :fire: my door frame contractor they didn't nail the frame to the wall properly so now the frame is inching outwards even though it has got nothing to do with patrick, he still sent 2 workers down to seal up the gap with silicon as a stop-gap measure  -

you referring to build-in or off-the-shelf? my shoe cabinet is outside my home -
if i'm not wrong, tempered glass CAN be bent the main diff between normal and tempered glass is 1. tempered glass shatters into bits instead of shards, so it's safer 2. tempered glass can withstand higher temp and impact good to have tempered glass esp if got children at home
