hmm.. must be fire-rated door? our current one is fire-rated but we are going to change a new door for a different design.. just wondering is there a need to find another fire-rated or can get any type of main door?

what do u mean? i was considering this too.. is it a bad idea?? my contractor says if wall tiles are ok then cement screed over them, but im concerned that the tiles may pop out in the future?

you going to place ur washing machine next to the rubbish chute? my kitchen layout is same as yours (only its on the other side)and we are thinking to build L shape too and place washing machine next to rubbish chute

like your kitchen .. but does it mean the sink outlet got to travel long way? i suppose the floor trap is somewhere near the rubbish chute? envy those who can hack away kitchen entrance.. ours is pre-fab so if do your kitchen then will feel squeezy.. can share contact for plastering?

Hi ppl, I have a question here.. if my cabinet is made in such a way for those non-chimmy hoods, does that mean that i can never change to chimmy ones or vice versa (other than redoing the cabinet of cos).. i am going to reno my cabinets but have not decided on which kind of hoods to use (chimmy or not)..

ntuc extra selling aerogas brand..i think the hood cost $199 onwards.. but never use before, dont know hows the reviews like..
