hi irene, do u know where the sun comes from? my close friend will be selecting his flat next mon, from what i see in the taken up flat, seems that blk 617D unit 817 is v popular. So is it true that unit 817 is facing away from the sun? (meaning the sun will shine directly at the kitchen perfectly)

everytime when i play the video of my wedding dinner brings out the sweet memory during that night. Especially the march-in moment my banquet dinner break even also..so its not guarantee that its a extra cost to u. I guess most importantly is the place of the dinner that you hold. Some places sure have to incur loss. Eg. if your per table is $1100 for 10pax. This type sure incur alot of expense cos most guest gives $80-$100 Angbao. So if u can manage to find a v nice and good place that cost $700 per table and your guest can easily give u minimum $80 per pax, this senario will most likely break even If you prefer 4-5star hotel that is nice and convenient, you try to find a table that cost between $900~$1000?

Hi Steve, I bought the rack from "Sohome" (dont buy from them, they sell things exp. I saw a similar rack from other shop that cost abt $100 cheaper). Its a wall mounted rack. Dont buy this type..the glass cant put heavy stuff, so only can put light display stuff. Kinda regret buying this er..this is the first time i am using a chopping board. So i havent use other chopping board yet, duno the difference Seems that this board is quite popular, many pple bought it, maybe its really good

Anyway its really a good experience, cos your guest dress nicely and come to attend, and the whole dinner place is yours. but the only thing is the bridal cost? need gowns also. Some people wedding dinner make profit, some make loss. Maybe yours will make profit also? I just had my wedding dinner. Its really worth having a banquet cos its once in a life thing

its slightly higher price than normal bin, but it cost lesser than brabantia bin.. looks v stylish (in my opinion only ) I bought my brabantia bin, then realised that i bought the wrong size. Bought another $10 orange bin. Now comes to think of it, i shouldnt buy my brabantia bin, its kinda wasted. If given a choice again, i will buy get simplehuman rather than brabantia

haha cos u r staying in the top level, so u cant hear any pipe noise loh..the pipe noise is from the water travelling from top to bottom. Sometimes is very noisy and u can hear its not only water running down, u can feel the "air noise" coming down

eh..my understanding is that false ceiling will not reduce the noise. Rather it increase the noise cos inside its empty. Try knocking the false ceiling, u can hear echo inside. So if above neighbour jump, the sound travel into the false ceiling will make it more noisy? i also duno if i am right or wrong

those decent bed side table outside range from $100-$200.. was almost tempted to buy acrylic material bed side table at Robinson that cost 3piece for $240. any one still can hear the noisy pipe noise? the pipe noise has been so noisy for almost 1 year already. last time was told that cos its still new, but now after so many mths the noise still there hehe, ya every week need to keep killing the small spiders. My mum advice me to spray insecticide on the affected wall

i just came back from bintan also, not recommended too the wooden bed,wooden wardrobe and chair looks so old. though its really resort theme but its more like staying in a chalet. I personally think Bintan is good for a group of people go there, play beach games together. Not recommended for couple The place is only good for beach and swimming pool in the resort. Plus a nice candle light dinner (but beware, its v exp. had a candle light dinner that cost $85USD). given at this cost, i rather spend my candle light dinner at Equinox in Singapore I stayed whole day at the beach and swimming pool plus dinner. After dinner there isnt any place for u to explore already. No sight seeing also. btw i stayed in Angsana

hmm..go ikea buy a side table ba it comes with 3 piece of wood and a piece of glass. Cost $19 only after i assembled the 3 piece of wood, i can have 2 choice to place the side table 1st choice: Display the table as "I" shape (meaning, 1piece for top,1 for body,1 for bottom) 2nd choice: if i dont like "I", i can display as "H"

i bought it yesterday at Vivo Giant..only saw dark blue and orange. duno whether do they still have orange one or not cos i took the last piece of orange there. u can try ur luck again? this bin is placed in a space at the center of the giant (not at the bin section)

cos if do only night curtain, your room will be v dark if u always close the curtain. If open the curtain u will afraid that people can see into your room easily. With day curtain, ur mbr will looks brighter i did only night curtain in the mbr, now regretting that i should do day+night. May want to top up $ to add the day curtain

hehe no more hello kitty photos la only that one here is my 3in1 wedding photos in the mbr realised that for new neighbourhood, our dustbin is located outside of the flat..ie.centralised dustbin. Hence we need a "cover" dustbin at home.. came across this super super value for $ dustbin. its 26L. really big. guess how much it cost? ($10 only ) its not a step bin though. Need to lift the cover
