    Should be a bit hard to do that. You certainly need to get the approval from the HDB side, and I think ur chance is only 10% approval haha sorry to say !

    I would prefer darker colors ! Much easier to clean up as I was thinking that future when it gets old, white is hard to maintain.

    Actually it would not be much of a difference, just that I think if you use tiles it will be easier for cleaning and also your house will be much cooler. As in Singapore , the weather is humid and hot, tiles could help to release heat better. While on ur concern of maintaining the flooring, eventho Singapore is a humid country. If would be alright if you mop it regularly. No worries

    Any gor gor or jie jie here want to teach me how I can finance myself so that I am able to buy a house when I reach the age of 35. So I am currently 26, would like to jnow what is the process, how much I should earn or save monthly to be able to buy a BTO maybe in 10 years time. Cause I am feeling that I am not very young anymore, should be a time to do some future planning. Do share me ur experience !

    I clean my floor with a product called grout shield on an event. Not sure if you heard it. It keep my floor white too

    Never used it before, I think the metallic one is mostly for commercial housing ba. More striking. I know there is one named PuHua for environmental one
