i bought my clementi 5 room from feb 07 balloting for 360K, 110sqm beside clementi central.............

got mine thru June WIS , 5rm 111sqm @ 272,200,Punggol, high floor > 10, seaview, fully renovated with aircon and homo tiles. zz

Hi, i have been looking actively at this area too..5 room at low floor amounting to 330k-340k with COV of abt 30-40k above.

sorry some error..i bought at 277,200 during June WIS...I abit puzzled coz my 1st choice unit at top level in same area at only 265k...y price such difference?

would you pay above $60k cash above valuation for a EM in the West? If not, how much cash did you guys pay in other area?

Now resale flat..most of the Seller asking from 4Ok to 65k.

area like kallang,toa payoh..all cash from 45k upward..

Someone I know just paid $80K above value for a 30 year old 5-room flat in Bukit Merah central and the place is not even in move-in condition, reno is required. Sellers these days are lions with big mouths but there are still suckers who would pay for such ridiculously high prices.
