Our Sweet Little Sunset Way Em

Recommended Posts

If u use white paint, I don't think u can replicate the kind of mood created in the picture.

But in any case, I would choose A. It looks more interesting than B (from Ikea?). :)

IMHO: Yes, this one looks more artistic and nicer. :good:

Maintenance wise, this one will be easier to clean.

And seem like more "durable"

The other one is too big, and too "common"

Hi,

Ya! I feel the same way too! :) It's more unique.

And it has got various colour to choose from! :)

Tiles for Foyer

Chosen this cos of the attached photo - like the feel!

Picture446.jpg

Tiles at bottom is the remaining tiles of our current unit left by previous owner (only 2 pcs) - Complex Marble (Not popular now)

We have tried looking for similar one but there is currently no stock and colour not as close.

As such, we have chosen the tiles at top of photo as the colour is the closest.

This tiles is for the rest of the house - affected area after hacking esp utility room & balcony.

Green & Purple - Can go well?

Found Rug:

Green and purple can go together as long as long as they have the same intensity as shown in your pic.

I love olive green like the rug you've shown.

Will be much more nicer if it will be able to change the colour of the light.

Maybe with a timer or something like switch.

So, you can buy one, and get most of the collour they offer now :P

Hi sunset way,

I heard one ground floor unit was sold plus my next door neighbour - unsure if it's a ground floor unit that is fetching a higher price? If it's a walk-up unit fetching such a good price, wow! then I have made a good buy! My neighbour is shifting out in Apr, so I guess there will not be any issue when my renovation works start. Understand that the new owners won't be doing renovation just a new coat of painting - (also a very well maintained house)! Hopefully a nice neighbour! ha... I believe they are also hoping I would be a nice one too!

cheers,

hey mysweetlittlethings,

I think the unit that was sold for $720k must be the ground floor unit since the floor area is 152sqm. :) Wahh, that means your next-door new neighbour got a good deal too! Can save money on renovation. Actually, it is nice to stay at your block. Just 8 units and if the neighbours are nice and friendly, you guys can have a block gathering! :) I am not that lucky. I have unfriendly neighbours staying above my unit. :(

Hope to visit your place soon. :)

Hi sunset way,

Met my new neighbour today - both of our units were valued at 640k. I got mine at 667k around Aug/Sep 2009 while my neighbour got theirs at 690K Jan 2010.

Ha.... FEELING SHIOK!

Went to Heritage Bathroom Gallery today - recommended by many forumers here. :)

Very reasonable pricing! Not as expensive as I thought!

As I am pretty unwilling to spend more than $200 on WC - Glad with below purchase!

Though price tagged on display set is $300 plus, but actually they are selling at a much cheaper price. HAPPY!

Bought 2 Baron WC - 10" Baron W203 (A) - White @ S$150 each (Total price with GST [after little discount] - S$331.70)

I have been looking at deep sink, have shortlisted a few until I saw this today.

3. Berlin Sink (Chuan Heng Hardware selling at $490)
