Hi,

I just bought an 11-years old HDB flat (5-rooms flat type 5A).

My questions:

1.Do I need to do rewiring if the previous owner never change the wiring before?

2.How much is estimate cost of rewiring for the 5-rooms flat?

3.Any recommended electrician to do rewiring?

Thanks.

1) you're right, installation of downlights are priced on top of the cost of 'pulling' the new point.

2) my electrician did not charge me for the cost of switches and powerpoints (normal MK brand). Maybe you're opting for those designer types of fanciful switches??

Hey Ken, mind sharing your electrician contacts. Perhaps you could share your quote too. Thanks!
