Is has been almost 5 years since my last post... Time flies....

Finally motivated to complete my toilet exhaust fan project...

Firstly, I'm always concern about people able to peep through the exhaust fan hence I chose the square fan over the round fan...

And since is chose a square type, MOST contractors refused to install for me, they insisted on round type with a fixed glass panel, at a cost ranging from $380~$450 for both toilets. However, handful quoted an exhortation amount of $600~$700 for both toilets if I wanna to mount the square type. FINE! Since is so expensive, I DIY using 6mm frosted acrylic then!!!

I started drawing and took measurement for both toilet windows panel.

Send for acrylic fabrication (lobang from my bubby), spent $70. Although is pre-cut, still, it took me about 2 hours doing filing work, so to fit the acrylic perfectly onto the window frames.

As usual, electrical work is also diy and finally...

The experience of with and without exhaust fan is significant, it worth the effort spent!! Whoever still hesitating whether to install or not to install exhaust fan in toilets, my advice is JUST DO IT!
