Agents are just interested to broker the deal, they don't care whether the buyer or seller gets a good deal.

They only want to know.. how much commission they can receive....

When it comes to real estate .. where it's so unregulated, it pays to be careful. For example, asking for Singpass should start to raise red flags.

Every property whether rental or sale..the agents sure say it's a good deal..they just want to close the deal..wouldn't be bothered about the clients after that.
