New Condo Next To Bedok Bus Interchange?

Heard there will be a private condo cum shopping mall to be built, on plot of land next to Bedok bus interchange and BI to be face lift to be air con?

Anyone hear the same or can confirm?

nope never hear of...the closest i heard is simei mrt the plot currently open for tender.

- 1 thing sure the bus interchange will be face lifted to be air-con, in another 2 yrs or so.

- "Land for sale" notice board put up on empty land, mentioning " mixed commercial & residential".

I remember reading somewhere it is going to be like Toa Payoh Hub & AMK Hub sort of devt.

It's zoned for a mix of commercial and residential. Estimated 500 units could yield from the site. Expected breakeven cost st around 800psf for residential.

We could see top level at 1k or more?

looks like another 99yr lease..

defintely for sure. anything near to MRT is never more than 99 anymore. Ya, the blueprint came out that bedok int will be made into something like TPY hub.
