Due to space constraint in the bedrooms and there is no study, I have to place the computer in the living area. I would like to have a partition or divider to allow for privacy etc. Need not be full height. My concern of office table with partitions would make it looking too much of an office. My wife doesn't like those portable room dividers. Any suggestions or solutions? TIA

Finally received the items. I will not recommend the spice rack unless you are prepared to do some DIY. Firstly, the towel holder length doesn't match the two holes where I have to attach the holder to the main body. Secondly, some of the screw hole cut-out do not have a nice finish, that is, some jagged part behind, making it such that I can't pass the hook through. Sorry, abit hard to explain... Anyway, my dad managed to solve this for me by cutting/prying away the jagged part protruding out, luckily this is aluminum, not steel.

hi guys, i need help to understand this. i have talked to the hdb personnel on phone, and in person.. but i still can't catch any balls. blursx! zz my parents have not paid the monthly installment for a almost a year, and they are supposed to pay 820 per month. therefore, the outstanding payment have chalked up to almost 20k and outstanding balance 160k. i was looking through the mortage loan statement, and there's this 500+ per month - IM 3.82. the hdb officer said the 500+ is the interest for the house loan. but i thought 820 already included the interest? how do i calculate this figure? and what is this actually? btw this is their 3rd loan.
