mm We didn't renovate at all when we moved into that unit. So when I first showered I was a little confused. BUT I think it's ok.. cos no one will push it to the max. Even if want to bathe with cold water you won't push all the way also... So wouldn't get scalded ba. After a while we all got used to it and my visitors never had any problems also. It can be done but the plumber's advice was that it'll look less messy if it's not... cos it means there'll be more piping around.. mm

I spoke to her a little about Uncle's working style and she said she was ok since she only lived with her teenage daughter and they had a small budget so I gave the number lor. mm Maybe it's her cos she said she lived nearby.

They really know how to make people vomit blood. My lawyer sent them the letter and copied one to us by snail mail. LUCKILY I DIDN'T GO!! OMGGGgggg They are absolutely not not not not not not not ready... Last week, my lawyer (very frustrated with them also) fired a letter to them. The officer replied in writing that their legal dept is still in the process of doing up the documents... (NOT GENERIC ONE MEH???!) and... BEFORE they can do anything else, the officer wants my lawyers to send them the confirmation that WE (the owners) have engaged them as our lawyers... The catch is... IT WAS SENT A LONG TIME AGO!!!! When the bank released the mortgage back to my lawyers to re-draft! That was like MONTHS ago. URGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
