we bought it from a shop in Marina Square leh. i tink its on the 2nd or 3rd floor, called Molecule or something like that. Half price. orginal price is close to $100.00 leh...orginally wanted another clock, but they all sold out liao. (tink its near to the Creative store, same level) hope that helps

hello Duckie, of course to a newbie the quote seems to be troublesome, and once you look at the list of items, it seems like a chore, and have a headache! that's how some ID firms cheat pple's money! but you still need to go thru carefully all the items, in case you have signed up for their so called "promotional package" and found that, many items r not in and you will have to fork out more money! that's how we found out their sales tactics, when we started sourcing around for IDs/contractors! anyway, have you shortlisted any yet? if you wan, i can PM you my ID. but i do agree that the flooring and most of the stuff in your new home seems to be in a very good condition! can save a lot of money on the flooring.

yeah i also have the same problem with you leh! just buy a super duper small table lor. TV no problem meh, just buy a 32" and use the wall bracket to mount onto the wall lor, saving space for you too. my master toilet also super duper small de. when that time hsewarming, all relatives say, huh! how to bath? wait the backside knock onto the pipping, or onto the tap leh! haha so funnie
