  2. Can you share on the performance of Sharp healsio water oven AX-1500V? Have you tried panasonic AWASEWAZA NN-SV30YPQ? I'm thinking along these 2, which Sharp at $300 cheaper as compared to that of Panasonic but however just wasn't convinced that I should be forking out $300 more for panasonic just because its made in japan while Sharp is made in Thailand.
  3. Went down to Harvey Norman today.. and guess what?!? I got a quote from Parisilk for the Logix8xx washer and dryer and ask the sales there to match it with GST. They did and overall it came to much cheaper becos of the $150 voucher for SP services rebate. However, I got the Miele laundry system instead.. at the promo price of $4388 (incl GST). I didn't know that Harvey Norman can bargain price one.. hahaha.. now I know.. go check around on the best price you can get first and then go to HN and ask if they can match next time...

  6. The faceplates on the wall are and should already be connected to the data cables. However, the linkage of all the datapoints in the DB box is not provided for. You will need to get your own network cable to interconnect it within the DB box to interlink all the faceplate pts together.

Don't have to provide any proof, just go online under IRAS website and apply for residential occupancy, whether you are staying in or not yet, they will automatically refund you 60% of the amount you paid initially, which should be at 10% of the rental valuation of your property per annumn. I applied for my electricity only after the refund is done. 1st property - so no problems. Mine's clustered terrace valued at 24k!
  12. simple.. go to a mortgage planner and get them to get a bank to assess your and provide you with the AIP (Approval in principle) based on your current financial status. From there, you can work backwards if you have sufficient to make your loans.
  13. End of the day, this is a problem. Get this through to your lawyer to get your developer to sort this out. For the tiles, go for full tile change and get them to give you a few pieces to choose. Don't take all the Sh*T coming from the developer.
  14. Inspection to be done before collecting the keys. Do ensure you make the arrangement through the lawyer to have the inspection done before collecting the keys from them. You will need to take note of all the defects during the inspection and make sure you lawyer has a copy of it. Inventory checks should be pretty straight forward, as defects can still be fixed within the 1st year of occupancy.
