congrats on your new home~ actually hor, i like bay windows... but my hubby thinks it's a waste of space too... haha but must say that there's indeed a lot of bay windows for you... why do they need 2 at MBR~ and the shower area + MBR toilet is really huge.... well i'm comparing with my small hdb toilets~

Hi hi! *wave* just get to read your t-blog.... and was shocked to read... 17 ft of wardrobe???? OMG.... !! Me and my hubby combined only have 5.5 ft of wardrobe now~ maybe you really need to consider manutd1972's suggestion to throw more things away.... my hubby also used to rent rooms... moved every one or two years... threw things every time he moved. so in total he only has 7 boxes of belongings (those plastic toyogo boxes) and 2 cellos~

Hi all~ *Important Announcement* I just called Hogarmas. They told me that there is no further discount on the warehouse sales this Sat/Sun cos $30 is already very cheap for this kitchen roll holder currently, they still have stocks for all of us, but the person advised us to get soon in case the stock run out after warehouse sales. since there is no significant cost saving, i suggest to just go ahead to order online, and collect at dexufto's place, which is central for everyone - can we agree on this? Current confirmed order is 8 pcs. Those who are yet to confirm please reply me ASAP. (P.S. actually for warehouse sales, if purchase more than $250 got one free ironing board. but i assume no one here is interested in this.) Thanks guys

maybe you can list down the items you wanna do, so it's easier to comment? in order to move in earlier, you can do some items after you move in, for e.g. capentry and glass door, provided you can tahan the dust but some items, like hacking, plumbing, tiling... you must do before you move in. you'd gotta prioritize to do these items first. btw, CNY is on 3 Feb. Contractors/workers probably won't start work until 10 Feb, and they will have a lot of back log to clear. something you might need to take note

i thought the typical one is top and bottom track (which is the $250 one you talking about)? i am using top track only ones (cos bottom track difficult to clean la ). close to $300 per door i think.
