  1. Kitchen basin and stove and fridge seems some distance. If you cook often, this design does not offer a good work flow. Maybe can remove the top cabinet above kitchen basin as it block the light from outside and looks oppressive for the small area.
  2. 1. You house has got very good lights coming from many sides. The TV wall at the passageway will cut off some lights going to the passage way. You may use a short TV wall to still allow light from the living room to go thru. 2. You may consider to run mosic tiles instead of marbles at the opening of the kitchen. This will demark the kitchen area and avoid the concern mentioned. And if kitchen tiles are in good condition, you can even keep them. Leave the balcony grill (instead of blocking out with wood panels) as this will allow natural light into your house.
  3. Can you take a pic to show the ABS trimming? Still wondering what it looks like.
  4. How about those vinyl roll? Those that comes in a really big sheets like 3mx3m. Some childcare, like The 1st Skool, are using them. They are non-slip and water-proof and the feel is good. Where to get those? Evorich supply them?
  5. You can shift the position of the router from the right to the left on the console, nearer to the walk way. You can also lift the router higher, like hang it on the wall to improve the signal.

  13. Thanks for the info. I have the same hood and the gap seems very wide, 2cm from top of hood to bottom of cabinet. So if yours is almost no gap,I'll need to get my carpenter to do some rework. Also my hood is just slide in between the gap, supported by the 2 pieces of wood, not secured using screws. Is your the same way? I was told it is standard practice.
