  1. U don't even use a multimeter to test for current, so I don't think u are qualified to perform repairs base on your guesses.
  2. From the picture. it looks like a HDB flat that was built during Teh Cheang Wan days...easily 30 years. It looks more like water seepage from above unit.
  3. I walked into IMM to wanting to view Ximula, they happened to have a roadshow and I just grab the offer.
  4. Call the local agent. Anyway, secure your joints well IF you ever find the spare part.
  5. If you don't have such simple knowledge, best to engage Mayer to service your appliance.
  6. I just installed Ximula. It is much more sleek compare to Sister brand Alumix. Paid 2300 for 6ft with sliding doors. Black Frame with brown wood shelving. Including top pelmet and 1 side false wall.
  7. The bottom block is a 10 pair tel terminal. Forgot the name of it Ur living and master has network and tel sockets. Ur 2 other bedroom has only tel sockets. Ask the developer why. The brochures should have this info when u viewed the show flats. U can convert the 2 bedroom tel to network sockets, not an issue.
  8. If you suspect it is the fuse, perhaps u should also have some knowledge where fuses are normally found in electrical appliances.
  9. I personally used Golden Leaf. So far so good.
  10. Depending on the damages upon dismantling. But it should be kept under 500 bucks. I shifted a 9ft wardrobe, a 11ft chest of drawers, from 2nd to 3rd storey, my Carpenter charges me 1400.
  11. I bought from a DIY shop in Sun Plaza.
  12. Rightfully, they should air-gun the nails before applying the foil/laminate. or they can screw from the bottom. There is a few ways to look at this. 1) Cut cost on screws or 2) Simply lazy 3) Simply no standards in carpentry
  13. Well, we learned the hard way. Just hope the Seahorse 9SEA can give me good support.
  14. I bought a Sealy Yarrow in 2010, claim warranty in 2012 due to spring noise, they replaced me a mattress, now the mattress sag badly abt 15mm, warranty claim applies to 32mm sag. I had 3 Isiah mattress which don't have all these problem. I just ordered a Seahorse.
  15. This is a Discussion Section, not Soliciting Business section. Please get it right. The "OLD" thread is about opinions of Company A and B. And you have nothing to contribute but bringing in Company C. Best of all, spamming the forum. Even my own contractor help me saved $10k from my reno, I also don't promote his service openly.
  16. Timberjack, dont lie thru ur nose. Timber floor and deck needs maintenance to keep it looking good. Outdoor decks needs sanding and revarnish now and then..
