I just installed Ximula. It is much more sleek compare to Sister brand Alumix. Paid 2300 for 6ft with sliding doors. Black Frame with brown wood shelving. Including top pelmet and 1 side false wall.

The bottom block is a 10 pair tel terminal. Forgot the name of it Ur living and master has network and tel sockets. Ur 2 other bedroom has only tel sockets. Ask the developer why. The brochures should have this info when u viewed the show flats. U can convert the 2 bedroom tel to network sockets, not an issue.

If you suspect it is the fuse, perhaps u should also have some knowledge where fuses are normally found in electrical appliances.

Timberjack, dont lie thru ur nose. Timber floor and deck needs maintenance to keep it looking good. Outdoor decks needs sanding and revarnish now and then..
